White Wash The Label (WWTL) is a Perth, Western Australia based business, created and owned by Lucy Gicquel (March 2019).

The company currently consists of 2 parts, each having multiple capsules:

The hand made one-off designs (The Corduroy Capsule [FW’19], The Linen Capsule [SS’19], and the Terry Cloth Collection (FW'20)
The chiefly hand made (Merchandise)

WWTL stemmed from apparel for women and men including outwear, tops, bottoms, and accessories (bags, hats and scrunchies).

Every product was hand made from scratch with love and care, by seamstress, Lucy Gicquel herself, ensuring each item was of upmost quality and perfection. In doing so, White Wash is more authentic and meaningful in knowing that, from workshop to client, products have been sewn and treated by caring and passionate souls along the entire journey.

Now White Wash has expanded, and although majority of the goods will remain hand made, some will be partly produced elsewhere. However, the quality will remain and the authenticity is still vibrant.

White Wash The Label designs are inspired by coastal, beachy, simplistic-shaped clothing. Clothing companies today just don’t produce goods to last anymore. Hence, White Wash intends to grasp (and improve) concepts from the late 1900’s to bring back the non planned-obsolete products.
